Transit Oriented Development – Pedestrian Oriented Design (TOD-POD) Master Plan for Klender Station in East Jakarta

30 January 2024 - Through the Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT), Australian Government have supported DKI Jakarta Province in developing a Transit Oriented Development – Pedestrian Oriented Design (TOD-POD) master plan for Klender Station in East Jakarta and a benchmarking framework for public transport services.
The master plan and public transport benchmarking framework will help to establish an integrated transit system that will improve public transportation services in Jakarta.
David Lowe, First Secretary for Infrastructure from the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, recently handed over the final technical reports and concept designs related to Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Pedestrian Oriented Design (POD), and Public Transportation Performance Benchmarking (PTPB) to the Head of Bureau for Regional Cooperation, DKI Jakarta, Ibu Marulina Dewi.
